Maxine Holland


Max hails from Northumberland with a background in dance and has been training clients all over the Northeast in various forms of exercise for the past 3 years. She’s trained in multiple techniques from pilates to Body Attack and Pump.

Max loves the journey that clients take with physical fitness, particularly helping them realise and fulfill their individual fitness goals. She relishes the energy and atmosphere of teaching in a class format and in 2014 was looking for a new type of training that would help develope her knowledge and abilities as a fitness instructor. It was then that she discovered The Barre.

Maxine took her first Barre class and was immediately impressed. She applied shortly thereafter to become a Barre instructor and was accpeted into the rigourous training program. 6 months later Maxine became in integral part of The Barre team!
